Implementation follows https://api.slack.com/messaging/files#uploading_files pretty closely. Upload is now done in 3 steps: 1. https://api.slack.com/methods/files.getUploadURLExternal - get URL 2. upload files to url from step 1. 3. https://api.slack.com/methods/files.completeUploadExternal - finalalize upload (and post to wanted channel)

uploadhasn't worked in a while from the looks of it this change 739847b broke it.
