Barlow 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 roadmap

As of 11/26/2021, the roadmap has significantly changed. The old roadmap is still here in the page history.

• 1.5 fix all issues with 1.5 label currently open (eta EOY 2021)
• 2.0 create repeatable method for rounding and then exporting VF (not as simple as it seems, eta Q3 2022)
• 2.5 add cyrillic (eta Q4 2022)
