This does not yet include exercise of the full set of
2024-11-01-previewfeatures (notable: audio in chat). The update is principally intended as a parity-focused swap back to the latest preview service API version once the upstream2024-10-21GA PR is complete.This PR also features some test hygiene/cleanup in the Azure suite to allow cleaner failure diagnosis in CI; runtime and coverage are slightly improved, too.
