* move frozen interpreter fix so it also works without gnu radio path * fix gnuradio check for windows cmd (#371) * add filechooser dialog for gr directory and python2 interpreter * Use shell=True to prevent console window popping up on windows * increase timeout for ci * remove gnuradio path file if not needed * cleanup appveyor output * disable travis email notification * centralize init path method * update gitignore
