Template updates 3-6 months apart. Cursory test with 5.10.2 (install, download, enable, open, close) and empty %localappdata%/opencpn/plugins and cache/metadata cache/tarballs. Also used script to keep opencpn-libs current. When building locally first removed all files from the "build" directory. NOTE: api118 = only OpenCPN 5.8-5.10.

Bdbcat fixes, opencpn-libs, macos universal, and additional improvements.
TP updates are generally 3 months apart.. Cursory test of all with 5.8.4 and 5.6.2 install, download, enable, open, close. Before testing empty %localappdata%/opencpn/plugins and clean out the cache/metadata cache/tarballs Dave has updated all the template for opencpn-libs and macos universal build.

Hakan updated all of these PI for language on 10/21/2024, and then some of them again Nov 11, 14, 21 Including: Admiralty Tide Tables, AutoTrackRaymarine, Autopilot_route, Chartscale, Climatology, NmeaConverter, Pypilot, Raymarine_Autopilot, RtlSdr, Squiddio, Watchdog
