links to use the issue key instead of the issue id. This addresses the item listed in feature johannesjo#2809.

Set the jira sub-task and related issue
links to use the issue key instead of the issue id.
This addresses the item listed in feature #2809.
Description
This changes the url that Jira integration uses for related tasks and sub-tasks in the jira issue content component
Current link in the master branch points to /browse/{issue id}
This PR changes that to point to /browse/{issue key}
