BREAKING: Moved lua scripts to lua folder, added shell folder.

Added shell scripts to send text and photos using Telegram bot.

Bugfix for radar script

script_time_radar.lua had a bug, not sending messages.

Alert sensor types

Updated scripts to use "alert" sensor type instead of text sensor. This allows users use the "status" flag of the sensor to trigger other things (like changing to color of a lightbulb according to the traffic jam status).

first lua scripts added

This release includes a traffic jam and radar check script which gives the user a notification.
