Add armenian language

I’d like to contribute by providing an Armenian translation of the UI messages. Would this be something you'd be interested in?

Thank you for pointing that out! I didn’t notice the correct language code earlier. I agree, the file should likely be renamed to hy.json. I’ll make the necessary changes.
