- pdb_unzip.sh: Linux script for unzipping a large number of files.
- pdbPairwizeTaskList.py: It generates all possible chain pair combination using the chains of a protein without repetition (AB is considered the same as BA)
- pdb2distance_inter_heavy_contact_test.py: this code is modified from pdb2distance_inter_heavy.py to determine whether the two chains of a protein are in contact or not
- test_common_chains.py: it uses pdb2distance_inter_heavy_contact_test.py to test on a list of pairs
- test_common_chains_multi2.py: The same as test_common_chains.py but with parallel programming added
- generate_contacts_multi_dimers.py: It uses pdb2distance_inter_heavy.py to generate contact files with parallel programming added
