Describe the problem you are trying to solve
When going back in data loader, if a google drive file was chosen initially, then that tab should be selected by default.

We could also show a visual indicator in the tab that a file is selected.

Also, what happens if a user selects both a local file and a google drive file? Do we clear the other one?
