I want to use the doc.exportDocumentToPDF() method to export documents to a pdf file.

This is resulting in this exeption:
zeep.exceptions.ValidationError: Missing element repeatTableHeaders (exportDocumentToPDF.exportPdfProperties.repeatTableHeaders)

Anyone who can guide me to solve this problem?

I've just found a solution in #125, which is working for me!
It would be great if this PR could be merged into the official version!
