Breaking change for metadata. Closes #330

Missingness tracking was actually broken before, giving incorrect coordinates. After this is merged we won't be able to plot older versions as there's a metadata format change, but as it's wrong anyway I don't think it matters much. (It won't crash, just return 0s) |
