In the nutshell, it is increasing number of significant decimal digits while serializing double numbers to string from 15 to 17 as accordingly to Standard for Floating-Point Arithmetic (IEEE754) if a double-precision number converted to string with 17 significant digits and then converted back to double-precision representation, the final result must match the original number.
