Early tests to get an idea of the needed interfaces for emscripten and/or wasm.

TODO:

implement TTY syscalls (ioctls)
extend emscripten's TTY stub (monkey patch?)
other wasm compiler? Non POSIX env?
investigate webworker vs. direct calls (atomics for blocking/interrupts?)
easy setup for c source
