The credentials, on infra.ci.jenkins.io, used to spin up Azure VM agents expires on the 26 September 2024: jenkins-infra/azure#822

Update: opened jenkins-infra/azure#839 to fix the documentation (in the PR body - see jenkins-infra/azure#822)
