Screencast Keys Status Rewrite

Rewrite of the Screencast Keys Status Add-On for Blender 3D.

Usage

1. Load the script in the text editor and run it (Alt+P).
2. Hit Alt+Shift+C in the 3D View to start using it.
3. To enable the keyboard display, look for a new panel in the right sidebar of the 3D View (N key).
