These functions are useful if you are using a background image using a plugin like backstretch.js. This way you can call backstretch or some other plugin and it will reset the background image size on scroll and reset.
- If the top level parent is a dropdown item with a link and the link does not contain a location, then don't use stickNav else redirect.
