Describe the Bug

  • Entering text below a long block works as expected
  • Entering text above a long block works as expected
  • Entering a backtick/grave above a long block of text force-scrolls the input field to the bottom, which is unexpected and undesired behavior

Sorry if this has already been reported. Thanks for your excellent work on Jan!

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Paste a long block of text in the input field
  2. Enter backticks after the block of text
  3. Scroll to the top and attempt to enter backticks
  4. The input will scroll to the bottom on keypress
