Goal

  • We should update Jan's in-app copy to keep info concise
  • Long and repetitive sentences reduce readability
  • Copywriting mistakes reflect poorly on Jan
  • We should revise all copy, from onboarding to error messages, to be concise, direct, and easy to understand

Nicole's comment:

  1. Go through app, click on everything, introduce all the cases, error messages
  2. itemize, take screenshots of the copy
  3. suggest better copy Jan: make this in app message clear and concise
  4. Review with Dan or Nicole
