bug: Model download list truncated and not scrollable

Describe the bug
The model download list is truncated and not scrollable on the dashboard. This makes it difficult to see all of the available models for download.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download multiple models
2. Observe the model download list

Expected behavior
The model download list should be fully visible and scrollable so that all of the available models can be seen.
