This applies to Vim theme in GUI version and VS Code theme.

Also, do some cleanup in vim colortemplate file.
@fladd @dngray please review. (I suggest to look at individual commits.)

Here's a screenshot, with let g:selenized_green_keywords=1:

and original solarized for comparison:

The reader should be interested in the templates.
- improve grouping, move linked groups next to their "parents"
- define cursor color
This results in very close compatibility to original solarized.
