Split the E2E to different test suites

Which problem is this PR solving?

• Implements Create suites to run the KUTTL E2E tests #1595
• Solves isolation issues with some tests The upgrade E2E test is not isolated from the rest of tests #1575 and The generate E2E test is not isolated from the rest of tests #1579
