exception when browsing albums containing %

Describe the bug
When browsing albums (I am in particular using Subidy as a backend), when scrolling through an album that contains % (such as this great one), Iris fails and shows an exception.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Test Mode (Settings > Debug > Test Mode). This provides more verbose error logs.
2. Go to Browse
3. Click on Subsonic
4. Click on Albums
5. Scroll down to "99%"
6. See error

Expected behavior
Iris would let me enjoy ^^

Additional context
This is probably related to those series of fixes that focused on making the artists browsing work. There might be a bunch of encodeUri and decodeUri to add here and there.
There might be other views where this bug happens, I will make sure to update this issue if I spot them
