Describe the bug
Clicking play on a spotify playlist where the first song is unplayable does not remove the current song from the queue, and does not result in any music playing.

To Reproduce
At least in the US, the first song in this playlist Irish Music, Raglan Road, is unavailable and attempting to play the playlist will trigger this behavior.

Expected behavior
I expect the current song in the queue to be removed, and mopidy to start playing the second song from the playlist (the first which is available in my locale).
As a feature request, it would also be great to visually indicate unavailable content in some way (e.g., it's greyed out in the spotify web player).

Environment details:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Firefox
  • Iris version 3.54.0
