"to new playlist" feature in "add to playlist" functionality

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I want to add a song to a new playlist I always have to create the playlist in the "playlists tab".

Describe the solution you'd like
When clicking on "add song to playlist" the pop-up should not only list the existing playlists but have a "to new playlist" feature. That way one can add a song to a new playlist without having to go to the "playlists tab".
