To help create a more responsive project, add scripts to the project to help capture performance timings.

Desired Behavior of Feature

Nested series of scripts to allow various levels for capturing information as a foundation.

What Are the Benefits of This Feature?

While not used by users, will help the project team identify areas of the code that can be improved on to provide a more responsive application for our users.
