This PR allows users to install their own version of typescript (>= 1.4). They can just install typescript as a dependency in their package.json. This is optional, if you just want to use the current release on NPM you don't have to do anything.
Later on users can also use a custom fork of TypeScript (like jsx-typescript), but that isn't completely working yet, probably because the API of jsx-typescript doesn't match the api of TS 1.4 or 1.5.
