Version 0.3 - Dark Mode

To enable support for lighter team colours, this release adds a "dark mode".

Just swap the word light in colourMode.txt for dark and you instead get white axes on a black background.

• Allow for a different number of teams (this has been tested with the original 5 and now 3 teams, but should work with any number of teams from 1-5) - edit numberOfTeams.txt
• Allow for changing of which connected screen the program is displayed on, or input a resolution like 1024x768 for windowed mode. Edit fullscreen.txt
• Improved code comments
