The models PR changed doc page generation from being defined by the sidebar to making pages for all the MD files and having the sidebar point to them. This is a better way to do things than before as it's more simple in node generation and more flexible in the functionality that can be built on top of it.
However, this does mean we have to remove doc source files that we don't want pages for as opposed to just leaving them out of the sidebar and letting the dead content sit in the repo.
If any others that come to mind, I can add those changes to this branch. I'll be looking into the sidebar soon anyway, so I'll take a look myself while I'm in there.
