Preconditions

1. Admin is logged in https://www.greencity.social/#/greenCity
2. Exists a user with a paid order containing 25 packages of 120l
3. The page of the appropriate order is opened in the Admin account

Steps to reproduce

1. Change Order status from 'Formed' to 'Brought by himself'
2. Click on the 'Save' button
3. Log in as a user in another browser
4. Click on UBS-User
5. Click on 'Notifications'
   Actual result
   There is no new message
   Expected result
   The unread message is displayed 'Title: Замовлення буде доставлено самостійно Body: Шановний клієнт! Вам підтверджено, що замовлення № {orderNumber} буде привезено самостійно на Станцію приймання. Звертаємо Вашу увагу на необхідність здійснення оплати безпосередньо на Станції приймання. Дякуємо!'
