Add remark-lint-no-dead-urls to detect dead links

Description of change

Added the https://github.com/remarkjs/remark-lint-no-dead-urls plugin to detect broken links

TODO:

• How do we report the vfile.message? How does docusaurus handle that?
• Is it ok to work with the three year old version 1.1.0?
• Any additional options we already know we would need to configure?
• I guess we need to add this to all plugins separately?
