Remove all splash code and classes
Delay device ready until pro checks are done (or until it finish updates in case of auto)
Kept the cordova-plugin-splashscreen as dependency as users should still have it to show it while the update is done, and added
<preference name="AutoHideSplashScreen" value="false" />as default value so splash is not removed while the update is done in auto mode.
