... in fact, I'm not sure the SNICallback is working at all on first investigation 😞

When running an adapter which relies on this package in debug mode, one would expect logging on each request such as Using explicit context for <hostname> or Using wildcard context for <hostname>, etc. However, in debug mode I do not see this.
