The entire "order parts" multi-step form wizard needs to be refactored to use the API form interface.

Getting close! I had a look at this a couple of weeks ago, I think it may actually take some significant amount of work to do this properly. I'm going to bump this for the next release, we have been dragging our heels for a while now!
