Explicit number format options

Clear and concise description of the problem

In previous versions you were able to provide explicit options for the number formatter (as per this PR: kazupon/vue-i18n#305). This does no longer seem possible in this new version. Or am i wrong?

This is specifically helpful for displaying other/foreign currencies formatted in the current user locale (as described in here: kazupon/vue-i18n#301)
