Add information about the QAT20-38022 issue which can prevent PKE operations from using Edwards or Montgomery curves. Note, this is added to the open rather than resolved issues section as, although the fix is merged on main, it is not yet in a release. Signed-off-by: Fiona Trahe <[email protected]>
