Permits me to call make_pipeline to directly instantiate dynamic pipeline tasks for legacy sessions (does not affect default pipeline behaviour on local servers)
Fix bug where get_protocol_number raises when task_protocol passed and no protocol_number field exists in experiment description
Added revision param to SessionLoader to load revision last before a given date
Extract stimOn and stimOff times and trigger times for all protocols
