Adding ASNs to all company names on relevant pages

Presently there are many pages that present the customer/member name using $cust->getName() function.

I would like see the ASN added to those pages as we think with ASNs often.

For example; this pseudo code:

"AS" {$cust->getAutsys()} "/" {$cust->getName()}

This would go into many pages that use getName() function.

Discussed with Martin @ EuroIX. @barryo to implement this as a Smarty macro so individual IXPs can configure the display of member names as they wish.

+1 for this, also some way of toggling the abbreviated name if it's there.
