Description

This enables the NextGenTestGateway by default when the plugin is installed & activated.

Affects

Activating the plugin.

Visuals

Testing Instructions

  • Make sure the next gen test gateway is disabled.
  • Deactivate/activate the plugin and make sure it's enabled.
