What's new in 2.5.0

  • The WP Idea Stream Editor is now including the editor styles of your active theme to give you a better idea of how ideas will be displayed once published.
  • It will - also - display the embeds you added.
  • Many users asked for idea uploads, this will be possible very soon thanks to MediaThèque, an alternative Media Library for your WordPress. Read more about MediaThèque.

Upgrade advice

We suggest the following steps to upgrade WP Idea Stream.

  • Download the wp-idea-stream.zip file.
  • Backup your database,
  • Deactivate the WP Idea Stream,
  • Delete WP Idea Stream.
  • Install wp-idea-stream.zip using the WordPress upload tool within the Plugins administration.
  • Reactivate WP Idea Stream.
