This is a chat bot that utilizes IBM Watson AI capabilities to chat and collaberate with a survey taker. The user can write anything that is related to the survey and the bot will respond accordingly. At the end of a conversation, the bot will block further user input. All conversations are saved on Google Sheets spreadsheet with the corresponding chat id and messages.
