* periodically sensor measurement * sending measurement on advertise data
* rename bme280 module * add measuring of battery voltage * add uninit spi and adc after using them to reduce current consumption
* add properly calling event handler of ENBLE service * change how to store sensor measurement * add procedure of updating advertising data after new device_id is written
If button is pushed in boot sequence, nonvolatile data (measurement period, device id and bonding data) will be cleared.
* fix compiler option -Og to -O2 * remove logging via SeggerRTT * remove led blinking at the end of sensor measurement
to get smooth one, use the moving average of battery voltage as battery voltage measurement
to reduce current consumption
