Strategy

The ultimate goal of Bebras Pandai is to ensure every Indonesian can think. This means the ability to do problem-solving, computational thinking, and analytical thinking. By having this fundamental ability to think we believe everyone will be more effective and efficient in their endeavor, thus moving significantly further in their career.

To do that, our focus is:

  1. Build a mobile app so that education can happen in 3T regions (Terjauh, Tertinggal, Terluar) where an internet connection might not exist.
  2. Go wide: we don't know how we can reach more users who can use Bebras. Thus, we must try different channels to get more students to use Bebras. A few are in mind: release the app through iOS and Android and rely on ASO, launch events, partnership with Google, and partnership with extracurricular courses.

What Success Looks Like

  • Launch both iOS and Android app
  • Establish the number of daily active users
  • Establish partnerships with extracurricular courses like KodeKiddo

Roadmap

Now

  1. Build 4 categories (Si Kecil, SD, SMP, SMA)
  2. Add 2020 tasks to Bebras App, 8 out of hundreds of tasks (2 Si Kecil, 2 SD, 2 SMP, 2 SMA)
  3. QA and Security Test Bebras App
  4. GTM Release 1.0

    2. Target market
      1. Parents with 4+ years old children
      2. Extraculicular courses
  5. The release of Bebras 1.0 timeline will be based on GTM plan. Tentatively February 2024

Next

  1. Add other question banks (2016 to 2023)
  2. Support more question types
  3. Personalized UI, depending on who is using the app
    1. children < 6 years old should always see "Si Cilik"
    2. Show the user's latest progress
    3. Show their statistics or score

  1. Bebras course (not just problem sets)
