全世界正值疫情的非常时期，设计一个疫情人员管理系统可以更好的管理人员的进出，阻止疫情的扩散。

新增人员功能可以记录并保存人员信息，了解基本信息和进出情况。
删除人员功能可以移除不必要的人员记录。
