Fixed mistake in pluralization

Fixed a fatal mistake that neither Aura/Halo/Luminous tiers were giving CpS boosts. Expect a 40x CpS multiplier if you had all upgrades currently available.

Upgrades should only get unlocked after their building has been purchased. Also removed unused property from ICreateUpgradeDTO.cookie

Halo tier+building cookies

Also inspired from a vanilla HU, to unlock Halo tier you simply need to purchase Halo gloves. To get the "Box of chocolate buildings" heavenly upgrade, you need to first purchase "Starter kit".
