Running bunchee with -w flag and a build fails kills the process:

Repo: https://github.com/juliusmarminge/buncheeee

pnpm i && pnpm dev:

CleanShot 2024-01-11 at 23 03 26@2x

Would be nice to be able to fix the error and get recompilation automatically

So the dev script doesn't die on build failure.

Use `pnpm dev` to build both packages in watch mode.

Also, upgrades `bunchee` to get past [a bug in its watch
mode](huozhi/bunchee#383). This is a big
upgrade (two major versions), but everything builds fine—the upgrade
doesn't appear to be as breaking as that sounds. Worth double-checking,
though.
