What does this PR do?
This PR addresses issues brought up in #26280.
It adds a note about text generation parameters to the
TextGenerationPipelineandText2TextGenerationPipelinedocs to improve navigation and discoverability. Also adds a note on stopping criteria to thegeneration_strategies.mdguide.
