Tool Tip for Review and Download Button

Our Review and Download button is dynamic such that it starts as disabled and only gets enabled once the tissue block is colliding with at least one anatomical structure. But this might be puzzling to the novice user. Could we add a tooltip to the button in its disabled state that says something like "Tissue block does not collide with any anatomical structures"? Thanks!

For this request, I used your exact UX copy and an Angular Material basic tooltip on hover of the disabled Review and Download button.
