You must now use the '--pwsh' flag to get the PowerShell activation command.
The activator is a bash script, not a 'sh' script.
Some of these function's behaviour changed during a refactor, the new names reflect this.
'Test-Command' is only available with some third-party extension - oops.
Support earlier fish version that do not support the '$(command)' command substitution syntax.

Add flag options to the main script to allow selecting which shell to generate the activation commands for.
The behaviour is now less reliant on the environment the script is being run in, and a bit easier to test.
We now also support Pwsh on non-Windows systems.
Also fixes a bug in the pwsh activation script and makes the Fish activation script compatible with older Fish versions.
