The emulator freeze on first loading screen

OS : Windows 7 32 bits
Emu : ppsspp-v0.7.6-1245-g477cbdd-windows-x86

Is this basically the same issue as #3110?

Well, I guess this is the same as plus most likely, and we already have an issue for that and no feedback in this one for a while. I'll close it.

Seems like Frontier Gate (JP) and Frontier Gate Plus (JP) still have issues, though.
